PRATIBHA 2024

This test for the students of 9th & 10th standard of 57 schools (50 Govt Schools & 7 Private schools) of Chaukhutia & Syalde Block, District Almora, Uttarakhand was conducted on 25.12.2024 at 2 examination centres namely Saraswati Vidya Mandir Chaukhutia and GIC Syalde. Total 218 students participated in the written test.

Based on the performance of students in the written exam, top 10 students from 50 Govt. schools and top 5 students from 7 Private schools were selected and presented with certificates and cash prizes in a prize distribution function organized on 28.12.2024 at Jaurasi, my hometown, a place at the centre of these two blocks Chaukhutia & Syalde.

The chief guest of the function was Ms. Ganga Pancholi, a former Block Pramukh of Syalde block, Congress MLA contestant from Salt Assembly and an educationist. She was welcomed by the organizers Umesh Chandra Singh Bisht and Ms. Sheela Bisht. Ms. Ganga Pancholi, in her speech appreciated the initiative being taken by the organizers for the students of these two blocks and that too while being away from this place. She advised students to set the target for their life and put their 100% efforts to achieve the target.
